Your Consultation Appointment
I am located at Maryland a suburb of Newcastle NSW Australia, I am a home based business so all consultations are by appointment only and my appointment hours are 9am - 5pm on Saturdays.
Appointment times outside of these hours are subject to negotiation.
You can contact me by e-mail or phone to book an appointment time.
I have plenty of bouquet samples for you to see and your appointment normally lasts about 45mins.
For those brides that are outside of Newcastle you are more than welcome to contact me by e-mail or phone with the details of the flowers you would like and I can arrange to have your flowers posted to you.
I deliver Australia Wide!!!!!
Ordering
I will send you a written quote either via e-mail or post. If you are happy with your quote you will need to fill in a booking form (enclosed with your quote) and send it back to me with a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Please order as soon as possible I am finding that I am booking out very quickly in the peak wedding times, I work alone so I am limited to how many orders I can do per month.
Payment
Your deposit can be paid by either cheque, money order, bank deposit or credit card (using a link I send you through paypal).
The balance will need to be paid either before or on delivery of your flowers.
Delivery
You can have your flowers delivered at any time (most brides want their flowers delivered about 2 weeks before the wedding) but please allow at least six weeks from time of order to delivery. This also depends on how urgent your order is and stock availability.
All prices quoted includes delivery to the Newcastle/Hunter region.
